Eastern District of Texas Bar Association

Due to Hurricane Ike, the Judges and E.D. Texas Bar Association Board have decided to cancel the 2008 E.D. Texas Bench/Bar Conference, October 16-17, 2008.

All hotel reservations have been canceled with no penalties, and all registration fees paid through PayPal (online) will be automatically refunded. All checks not yet deposited will be returned if for payment of registration only. For checks that include the $50 annual membership dues, we will deposit and refund the registration fee.

We very much appreciate your willingness to participate in this year's conference and we appreciate your patience as we begin the refund process.

We wish all of those adversely affected by Hurricane Ike, a speedy recovery.
