Cancelation Policy

Should a registration be canceled we will retain a 10% cancelation charge until August 29, after August 29, no refunds will be given.

Should the Four Seasons be sold out, you may want to book your room at the Wyndham Las Colinas, located behind the Four Seasons. The Wyndam also provides a shuttle that runs to the Four Seasons.
